Returns and Exchanges
Not quite what you wanted?
Return or exchange any item that doesn't meet your expectations. Our policy is quite simple:
If we made a mistake on your order: we will cover your shipping costs. These include instances in which we shipped you a defective product, or a different size or item than the one you ordered. If this is the case, please contact us at email@example.com with your order information, and we'll promptly respond with the next steps for processing your exchange or return.
For all other returns: simply send the item back to us and we'll process your refund as soon as we receive your package:

Please include the following information with your return:
- Order number (this can be found in your order confirmation email, or on your packing slip).
- Reason for return (size, color, style, or other). Help us improve for the future!
For exchanges: simply purchase a new item on our website, and we'll refund you as soon as we receive the old item. You're of course welcome to wait to repurchase until we've processed your refund, but it's fastest to order right away.
